So the other part of my dreams beside creating and owning a productive permaculture food forest is also to work in film. I think I've got the right idea because for a naturally fussy person who doesn't want to work in just anything I don't even care if I'm simply running errands or making coffee so long as I'm a part of the action within the film industry. Because of Melbourne's creative and kind of alternative culture I'm going to give myself the best shot by starting there. Moving start of January!

What does that have anything to do with permaculture I hear you ask. Well I'm going to be working with a different climate for one thing. I still want to grow food for myself and most likely I'll be living in a unit or if I'm very lucky have a small patch of dirt or verandah to work with. So I'm still keen to take on the task of growing myself food and I plan on documenting the challenges that come with working in an unfamiliar climate, with a small space and/or a limited amount of sunlight. Because I'll be renting that will also pose an interesting challenge. But looking forward to the opportunity of supporting CERES and taking advantage of their permaculture nursery. I also want to try taking part in one of those permablitzs they have over there.

This could be a very exciting time to experiment and I'd love to share that with whoever reads this. Next update will be when I secure a place and take pictures of what I have to work with.
