a list of papers and references about building terraces

This was originally a response to a request for terrace building info

In general for construction, earthworks and other technical information require detailed calculations, specs, design parameters, etc.  I refer to FAO, NRCS, engineering, and construction references. 

you might also consider utilizing the keyline design system for layout.

I think it is a great idea to sit on the terrace and as a student thinking from an educational perspective, it is fine.
