Licensed in Real Estate, FL Licensed Interior Designer as well as a graduate in Actuarial Science from the University of Miami and Interior Design from MiamiDade College, Marivé King currently partners with Premier Plus Realty in Naples, Florida. She joined the firm in 2011 after more than 15 years of experience as Real Estate investor and a respected Interior Designer with NCIDQ and ASID accreditations. Marivé King’s efforts have earned Awards form the Builders of South Florida Association, and her work has been featured on the Home and Garden Television network and ABC Miami.

Whether working in Real Estate or Interior Design, Marivé King combines her passion for achievement with her strong analytical and sales skills to create the best possible transaction for all parties. Often this requires the ability to look beyond a property’s current condition to see its true potential, both as a usable space and an investment. $1,000,000 she also has a portfolio of less expensive for investment only properties.

Prior to joining Premier Plus Realty, Marivé King held the posts of Marketing Director for Vogue Interior Design, and Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager with British Interior Design firm Georgeson Group, Inc. and architectural firm Erickson Associates, LLC, in Naples, Florida. Her portfolio included commercial, high-end residential, and hospitality projects. In her position, Marivé King led a team of associate designers to ensure that the projects under her purview met client expectations, stayed within budget, and were completed on time. She has invested in properties and has been involved in Florida real estate since 1984.

Outside of work, Marivé King lends her talents to landscaping her investors properties, groups supporting firefighters and paramedics, her oldest son Kenneth is a college graduate, firefighter and a paramedic in Miami, FL, her other 2 kids Alexander and Stephanie are pursuing their Engineering and Medicine schooling. During the summer, she enjoys traveling and networking, both internationally and throughout the United States.
