Trained and worked as a scientist in the field of neuroscience for many years. However, I have recently become quite intrigued by understanding the nature by which disrupted ecosystems regenerate. Learned of permaculture in about 2010 and quickly fell down that 'rabbit hole' shortly thereafter. Went on to obtain my PDC from Quail Springs Permaculture Institute in 2013. I am currently a permaculture consultant with On Contour Regenerative Design and am involved in a number of permaculture research projects pertaining to arid regions.
