About Maria Farrugia

With a background in marketing balanced with a love for farm-living, I spearhead The Kul Kul Farm's communications. You could say my job is primarily to capture the story and soul of our farm and connect that to the world. I was previously marketing director of GreenCamp at the Green School in Bali and I have decided to walk-the-walk by immersing into farm life, and learning more about growing food and sustainable living. I was born and raised in Malta and attended university in London.

The Kul Kul Farm is located walking distance from the Green School in Bali. We are passionate about growing real awesome food and bringing people together in meaningful ways to learn and live closer to the land.

We offer courses and workshops in regenerative farming and permaculture here in Bali that will give you practical knowledge and skills to help change your gardens, communities and lives.

We provide food-garden implementation and revitalisation services, and will be selling tools, seeds and all the things you need to get started on growing awesome food in your home.

We work with skilled teachers from different parts of the world with down-to-earth expertise and experience on regenerative agriculture and environmental leadership. Check out our courses here.
