It is all happening on our farm. Now we are reaping the grains (wheat,
oats, barley and rye).
We have cows grazing on the property per holistic management methods,
with the egrets following, to sanitize and spread manure. We are reaping
the chícharo and lupine, carrots, turnips, zucchini, ...
As part of a local energy project we have audited 10 housing types in our village for their energy performance, and looked at teh best options fo energy generation for our community. One the back of this study we are preparing to launch a community owned hydro initiative.
