O curso é uma imersão prática nos conceitos e princípios do planejamento para uma cultura permanente. Envolve exposições teóricas e exercícios de aprofundamento prático.

O programa inclui as 72 horas básicas determinadas no programa oficial da Permacultura, de acordo com o estabelecido por Bill Mollison em seu livro para a disciplina “Permaculture – A Designer’s Manual”.
De modo resumido os temas abordados serão os seguintes: Introdução (generalidades), Design (princípios), ética e padrões, solo e água como uma unidade, manejo das zonas (com vegetais e animais), florestas, construções (Zona 1) e a realização do Design por parte das equipes (pequenos grupos) de participantes

Local: Chácara Boa Vista. A chácara fica no município de Campo Largo, distante aproximadamente 25km do centro da cidade de Curitiba – PR.

Valor: R$ 670,00 (seiscentos e setenta reais) – esse valor refere-se ao curso, hospedagem, alimentação e certificado.

Forma de pagamento: R$ 100,00 inscrição + R$ 570,00 até o início do curso.

Para o bom andamento do curso as vagas serão limitadas a 20 pessoas.

With the exception of the ‘Member’ who has never taken a PDC, all of the above can apply to become a PRI PDC Teacher. PRI PDC Teachers are those who the PRI recognise, through a vetting board, as determined and competent to teach the full 72-hour course as developed by Permaculture founder Bill Mollison – covering all the topics of The Designers’ Manual as well as possible (i.e. not cherry picking only aspects the teacher feels most interested or competent in). Such teachers also commit to focussing on the design science, and not including subjective spiritual/metaphysical elements. The reason these items are not included in the PDC curriculum is because they are “belief” based. Permaculture Design education concerns itself with teaching good design based on strategies and techniques which are scientifically provable.

PRI PDC Teachers may be given teaching and/or consultancy offerings as they become available as the network grows.
