This Course is a practical and theoretical training that will give you a international certificate in Permaculture. It will be held in Barcelona , in the Natural resource park of Collserola ( the biggest European urban park !), in a small farm in transition towards achieving real sustainability.

There will be 72 hours of activities. We ask sincerely involvement of the participants, requesting them to fulfil the timetable on studies and practices as well as the extra curricula’s activities, so that we can create together a real community life style environment. The journey will take place from 9:00am to 8:00pm.

Coordination and teaching Skye:
Ex- Astrophysicist, he has been teaching Permaculture over 30 years around the world. Skye was born in Australia, where Holistic Design System first was developed. Skye lived fro 10 years in “Crystal Waters Permaculture Village”, considered the best Permaculture centre and Eco village in Australia, and third best in the world.
He is master in Integrative Eco social Design, with Gaia University and he has co-authored the book: “Manual for Teaching Permaculture Creatively”.
Now a day he is the Principal at Unigaia Brasil and Ivone Riquelme’s partner.

Ivone Riquelme
Biologist, descendent from brasilian natives, is a technician at Unigaia Brasil. She has a profound knowledge of Ancestral Medicine from the land.. For 5 years she was the coordinator in environmental projects within Indian’s Communities.
Ivone is Certificated in Permaculture by IPEMA- Permaculture Institute and Eco village from Mata Atlantica.
She is Skye’s partner.

Mayra Poitena
Veterinarian by “Universidad Metropolitana de Santos” en Brasil and Chartered in Barcelona. She also holds degree in Phototherapies from Centre FAC (Barcelona), specialised in Intuitive Communication and Holistic Natural therapies for animals.
She holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from “Unigaia Brasil”.
Mayra facilitates workshops about: Holistic Health Care and maintenanceof animals and phytotherapy .
She is a Co- founder of LA NARANJA ORGANICAAssociation.

Bruna Angrisani
Social Communicator by “Universidad Católica de Santos” in Brasil, she hold a post graduation from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
Permaculturist she holds a certificate by the “Instituto de Permacultura y Ecovilas da Mata Atlântica” (IPEMA - Brasil), facilitates workshops about Organic Agriculture with permacultural bases and Non Violent Communication .
She is a Co- founder of La Naranja Organica Association.

Talita Lara
She holds a degree in Naturopathy, Reflexology, Bach Flowers and Holistic Kinesiology by ISMET, Barcelona .Permaculturist she holds a certificate by the “Instituto de Permacultura y Ecovilas da Mata Atlântica” (IPEMA – Brasil).Talita facilitates different workshops about health, and natural tolls to maintain it in harmony.

Damià Gibernet
The creator of the Collserola Seed’s Bank (Barcelona)
Damià is the protector angel of the local native seeds as well the keeper autochthonous chickens. His main target is to preserve the local biodiversity.
Damiá is native from this land, Collserola’s Park, a d facilitates workshops and talks to inform and raise awareness as well as knowledge about why and how to create a Seeds Bank.

Water: use, preservation and storage.

Soil: biodiversity, recovery, mycorrhiza and leguminous.

Building and natural construction: design, Adobe, Super adobe, French Wall, COB and other technics.

Holistic Natural Nutrition/ Cultivating ecological and synergistically/ Food forest, Agro-Forest systems, Animals.

Renewable energies: Solar and Eolic design.

Social: Conflict resolutions, Designing methods and ways to take decisions, communitarian housing, cooperative systems, local business and Exchange, social nets, establishing city farms, urban strategies and land Access, non violent communication.

Economy: Financial Permaculture - ethical investments, current scenarios, alternatives, LETS, Micro- credits,
Designing: Practices and Group dynamics, experiencing Permacultural design.............................................................

This training is aimed as a toll to design environmental systems in a holistic integration with human life and all kinds of other lives. It has been designed for anyone who has the will to transform ideas, ideals and needs in action.

Price: 450 euros (ex-studentsandassociated )/ 530 euros (until the 30th of April )/ 620 (After the 30th of April)/ Payments in instalments:(50% until the 30th of April and 50% on the 30th of may ).
The price includes: 72hr course theoretical and practical class, full board accommodation(camping or rooms, for room please ask! It has an extra tax and places are very limited) with organic vegetarian meals, materials and Certificate.
