Grown up in a rural surounding, and always had a longing for autonomy. The first Gardening book I read when I was about 12 years old was from John Seymor, laying the seeds for later deeds.
After I studied Architecture, my wife Sibylle Maag got the book Permaculture II, an we both were at once fascinated bý the unbelievable possibilities.
We work with permacultue ever since , first in our private garden, that was soon opened for guided tours. 2004 we started our Demonstration project "Paradise Garden" from the scratch, well, a very heavy clay soil over sandstone.
Since then we also do consultant work as Garden-Designrs.
