I once made Palm Oil from the flesh and seeds of the fruit from my Queen Palm Tree, it was beautiful on the skin.

We had a great time sheet mulching our very first veggie bed! The kids loved every moment and my husband was a real farmer for a day :-) It was a great experience and gave me a lot of confidence...Other things on the agenda now, would be making more veggie beds by sheet mulching, better this time...
