Here is a design that I completed for a friend who recently bought in to the Zaytuna Farm community. The property is based in a sub-tropical location and we shaped the design to meet the following criteria:

1. Flexibility for a multi-occupancy property with a mix of short term and long-term accommodation 
2. Primary access via a neighbouring property with potential for a second access point via the southern boundary 
3. Initial resources to be allocated to earth works in priority over agriculture in light of the mature nature of the property from a planting perspective 
4. Development to be staggered over various stages in light of budget parameters 
5. Solution to address the abundance of water flowing from the swale which is set just above the western boundary
