I have twenty years of experience in financing, financial analysis, consulting (KPMG), operations, due diligence, and planning of domestic and international energy, mining, agriculture and technology projects and transactions. I have an MBA (finance) and PhD (entrepreneurship/due diligence) and have also done quite a lot of graduate manufacturing and mechanical engineering coursework.

I have also consulted on, advised, and/or developed over 400 renewable energy projects ranging in scale from small commercial systems to utility scale projects covering all major areas of renewables including solar PV, solar hot water, biomass, stirling engines, fuel cells, wind, and energy storage. I am currently developing a commodity trading and logistics platform and developing 10 MW of utility scale solar projects in TVA's Virginia territory.

I am interested in financing, advising, and developing commercial scale permaculture projects.
