I am currently enrolled in Geoff Lawton's 2014 online PDC. I have studied the principles of permaculture for the past 2 years and have visited many sites around the world which have given me the strength to put myself head first into re-evaluating my life choices.

Now I am taking the beginning steps of designing a 160 year old homestead in the south of Quebec into a forest farm/education center. My culinary background will not be forgotten and will be improved by the ethics of people care, earth care, and discovering many new tastes !

Well here is to the future that we are all apart of as the seeds that were dormant germinate inside all of us.
