I have a small 6 acres ranch in the Guadalupe Valley, where my family makes artisan wine. We have some orchards of nut an citrus trees and a small flock of chickens.
I've taken some short courses on organic agriculture, keyline, and agroforestry and am implementing my knowledge on the farm.
Mi present proyects are a 1/2 acre organic vegetable garden, chicken egg and meat production using a chicken tractor and the restoration of a citrus and nut orchard into a food forest.
I'm interested in visiting permaculture proyects focused on water efficency, restoration agriculture and trasition town community initiatives.
