I'm a former journalist, became a cook during 6 years living in Australia (Melbourne) as well as a gardener. Back in France, (Western Pyrénées) my project is to combine both in a place where I can produce food and cook it for guests following permaculture's paths. While experience making and instalation, I'm gardening for money and trying to get permaculture design going on around here (not so common as in Oz, but we'll get there...). Love it, found my way.
