I have an extensive experience in Design having graduated from Parsons School of Design in NYC and have been working as an interactive/user experience designer in the web/tech industry since 2004. I also have had many years experience working as a sculptor, wood carver and model maker. As well as a game designer.
I have constantly strived to find the "root cause" of greater issues and that preclusion naturally led me to permaculture. As a designer by trade I can definitely appreciate the systemic approach to thinking that permaculture espouses. While I find it especially helpful under a non-gardening guise I still look forward to changing my career over the years to be solely focused as a permaculture design consultant as I have always had interest in working outdoors and on the land.
I am currently growing my own side enterprise as a permacultural consultant in pursuit of that ultimate goal by leveraging my innate skills as a designer to produce a "Permaculture Design Kit". It would essentially be used as both a teaching tool for adults and children as well as a consultation tool.
