I worked in the Law Enforcement / Security environment for 18 years.
I first learned of Permaculture through The Survival Podcast of Jack Spirko.
At present I have just finished Geoff Lawtons 2014 Online PDC, and at the moment is I am learning more about stacking Zone 1 funtions.
