(projects i'm involved in)
Commercial horticulturalist from England (writtle College 1985). Farming on 105 acres organically in Dixon California. First became interested in permaculture in 1990.
My wife Lorraine and I have a 1100 member CSA serving the San Francisco Bay Area up to Sacramento. We also sell every Saturday at the ferry plaza farmers market in San Francisco.
We are converting the whole farm to broad acre permaculture incorporating many of the practices we have already on the farm such as rotational pasture with chickens for fertility management. We do not not spray or buy in any organic fertility.
We also produce a lacto fermented soft drink and various lavender products.
