I am Mauritian of Swiss origin with a hotel and catering background operating restaurants for many years in Mauritius and Switzerland. Now vegetarian, I really became concerned about healthy food and way of leaving a few years ago and wish to bring my stone in the process of rehabilitate the soil in Mauritius being badly deteriorate by the use of chemicals.
Looking for ways of doing better and learning how to grow food without going through the new born and too business oriented organic market, I came into Permaculture which really correspond to what I am looking for.
I have a permaculture farm project on a 16 hectares in Montagne Blanche, Mauritius. I also wish to have a few bungalow to be able to organize meditation and yoga retreats.
