David is a reconstructional archaeologist, he runs a company called Ancient Arts that re builds and reconstructs prehistoric technologies, artefacts, boats and buildings for museums, heritage sites and universities through out Great Britain and into Europe.

He is particulary interested in the interface between ancient technology, pre historic building methods and the permaculture movement.

He is currently in the early stages of building an archaeological fields school with the intention of studying, exploring and developing the interface between permaculture and ancient technologies.
