I work at ECHO, an organization dedicated to fighting hunger by sharing innovative and sustainable agriculture practices to farmers and development workers in the majority world. Previously I worked in 2 village settings in the country of Honduras. There I learned more about the realities of life for subsistence farm families living in rural Latin America. My goal is to see families like these realize better nutrition and food security and to enjoy dignified and productive lives.
