My first exposure to Permaculture came while doing a Natural Building workshop in Nepal. While reading (Introductions To Permaculture by Bill Mollison) I was pursuing knowledge on Vastu Shastra, I noticed the striking similarities of both the practices for design and orientation of land. By integrating some of the traditional knowledge passed on to us by the wise elders and applying them with new found insight from macro to micro designing, we can achieve to harmonize ourselves with our natural environment and the other beings who share the space with us.

We as a human race are generating enormous amount of unsustainable refuse which is not only harming us but all other living beings who share this planet with us. I am in the pursuit of engaging myself into allowing that change to happen by sharing knowledge gained and gaining knowledge shared in nature. It took me a while before I realized that the choices I make today would set the path for my future generations. What our parents, grandparents and forefathers experienced in terms of freedom in nature, healthy food, vibrant lifestyle and sound living is immense compared to what we are experiencing and what our future generation may experience. It is our responsibility as higher conscious beings to preserve and conserve nature to out best ability.

I currently involved in networking with people with similar views in regenerative culture may it be for food, land, self or even the soul.
