My father, deserves most of credit for studying and building this Passive Solar, Thermal South Facing w Sunken Attached Greenhouse homestead on .75 acres oveerooking Lake at Utah Valley & Lake 36 yrs ago. I just put in 300 foot berms and Edible Food Forest and have been teaching self sustainable living and Permaculture for 6 yrs now. FB group Utah Valley Permaculture Classroom Gardens & Greenhouse. See Pictures and videos there. Due to my health I need a live in PDC Garden Manager. 801-808-4424. The first Huge bed 3 feet down put in 3 yrs ago has the most gorgeous Turkey tail Fungi growing among the Perennial Jerusalem Artichokes and carrots. PDC designed 2,500 sf Edible Perennial Forest Classroom Garden w 3 Huge Beds 6 ft down up to 300 feet long w 13 fruit, 3 nut trees, 16 different berry bushes, herbs, cover crops, nitrogen fixing Siberia Pea Shrubs, mineral mining Comfrey & other companion plants is flourishing since September 2014 Perma Blitz over 3 Saturdays. Families, youth & University students come learn free Permaculture classes and hands on workshops and UVU including our classes in Fall Continuing Education Courses. Completing Geoffrey Lawton' PDC (split $1,000) w 6 of my students I introduced Permaculture to end Of May 2015.
