I was born in Toronto, Ontario. I am half Canadian, half Turkish, but am currently living in the United States. At the moment I am a student of Electrical Engineering at Auburn, University, hoping to use my hard science design skills as an engineer in Permaculture.

I had no interest in the realm of agriculture/gardening for most of my life. That changed when I was 19 years old and a friend of mine introduced me to Permaculture. My curiosity was piqued, and I started to do more research. It was not long before I completed a PDC.

I am currently working with the Eldenbridge Institute, an organization involved in research and education of regenerative community.
