(projects i'm involved in)
As a child I lived in a farm for almost 20 years, then I spent the next 20 years in Paris, France, where I have been a pluridisciplinary artist (www.anapaulaportilla.net). Mother of two lovely daughters, each year I became more and more concerned about ecology, the earth & our future. I made my first organic home mini garden in Paris.
In 2015 we moved to Mexico where I finally got my Permaculture Design Course Certificate at GreenBeat in Tulum. In Playa we are working on "ArtHumus Center" (www.arthumus.com) where we combine permaculture projects, healthy gastronomy and ecological fine art.
We are also interested in seed conservation, nature preservation (la selva maya) and giving birth to permaculture oasis everywhere, with a bit of survival skills, earthships and bamboo architecture, solar power, rain harvesting, and all home improvements to reach a sustainable living and inspiration for everyone.
