Currently in R&D Stage for non-profit FROM THE GROUND UP. Two Permaculture projects in work: Current home site in 55+ Manufactred Home Community as demonstration site to create ECO VILLAGE of 160+ existing homes; and later a 4 acre project in Astoria, OR as urban & suburban Permaculture Demonstration sites and teaching facility for Mentally Challenged Farm Hands.
