We are a married couple currently living in the Scottish Highlands. With no land to call our own, we are doing our best with a modest raised bed in the grounds of our workplace, incorporating square foot gardening and companion planting. We are planning on moving to Bulgaria in 2018 to set up a self-sufficient permaculture small holding and are learning as much as we can in the meantime!
