When I was 18, I travelled through South America and volunteered on an ecological project in the Ecuadorian Amazon. It was here that I learnt how happy nature makes me and where I first experienced sustainable agriculture and a different rhythm of life. I then went on to study English (literature and language) followed by an MA in theatre and have worked as a freelance theatre-maker on several projects in the UK, Netherlands and Serbia for over 7 years. I have also privately tutored young children and occasionally still do. I am half-British, half-Serbian and have spent my whole life travelling between these two countries. I bought an old small-holding with an acre of land in Serbia in 2014, discovered permaculture soon after which led me to complete a full PDC course in 2017 and since have been slowly building a project on this site with my partner. Our project combines a theatre-producing NGO with tourism and permaculture.
