NYS Certified Business Advisor with the NYS Small Business Development Center with focus on Green Business and Cooperative Business Development. Regional organizer for peace and social justice - Advisory Board Member of Syracuse Peace Council, Board President of Cooperative Federal Credit Union, Board president of The Alchemical Nursery project, Registered Member and Activist Green Party.

I was raised in a typical low-middle class coal town in SW Pennsylvania. I became interested in PC over the years as I cultivated interests related to outdoor recreation, nature appreciation, and social and environmental justice. My first experiences with Permaculture were as Resident Steward at the 83-acre Macoskey Center for Sustainable Systems Education and Research in Slippery Rock PA back in 1998.
