I am a teacher, permaculture designer, and master gardener living and working in Edmonton, Alberta Canada.
Since 2010, I have been working at Jasper Place High School to create the JP Permaculture program. During this time, students and I have been creating a permaculture food forest in the school's larges courtyard. Containing more than 80 edible and perennial plants, the forest is a cross-curicular resource for the school and the community.
I have recently been hired back on at the Jasper Place as the 'School Permaculturalist'; continuing the JP permaculture garden work and applying ecological patterns and permaculture design principals to the social network of an educational environment.
