Nature has always fascinated me and since I was very young I wanted to live in the wild and do something to help preserve it. I studied Biology and Forestry Engineering and did a PDC. Some years after finishing my studies I found an abandoned land in Folgosinho, in which I want to help accelerate the natural processes to restore biodiversity, and also maintain local ancestral knowledge. Nowadays I am mainly working to restore pastures and native woodland with the help of my herbivore friends. I also make cheese, keep some bees, a small orchard and a vegetable garden, along other pending projects.
