Terrace urban gardening near the sea, for the last 25 years. Recycling kitchen residues to create soil, in situ. Initially starded with growing aromatic herbs in pots, which now grow mixed with veggies, trees and flowers of all kinds. Yearly introducing and testing new and unusual species. Expanding to a 1.5 ha farm located in the mountains, in the next few months, where our main tasks will be:
