Studied Industrian and Systems engineering, Environmental and Resource Management, and City Planning. I took part in the developmen of the Casa Semilla ecovillage, in Monterrey, México (www.facebook.com/casasemilla), and I'm partner of the eco-volunteering network www.ecologikal.net.

After years of periodically traveling, I realized the huge amounts of traveler "spots" and ecovillages around the world. This was an opportunity that brought to life the network Ecologikal.net, and by analyzing different settlements, cities, ways of living, human patterns, etc. many projects and ideas came to being that had a great relationship with permaculture.

I'm currently in Germany working with Research in Community (www.researchincommunity.net), on the subject of bringing together scientific publications about ecovillages, and inciting and informing Universities to use them as source of valuable knowledge, in order to generate documented "scientific" material.

As a side project, I'm developing a "smart" platform that will serve as a tool for the permaculturist, offering smart databases of plant species, materials, animals, ecosystems, and their specific characteristics, in order to make the most useful and efficient connections.
