My homestead Rumgumption Farm draws on my life experience with farming and growing food. I am a rural thinker and doer who believes there should be some sort of honorary permaculture certificate that respects what some of us learnt growing up on the farm. Basically there's no time (or money) to be galivanting off to do some course in what i've spent nearly 50 yrs doing...I am a permanent agriculturalist!
I have had workshops, interns and run courses here yet all the best advice comes from my mother who, oblivious to the word organic ("it's what you grew and ate all your life" i tell her) never fails to remind me to put the piss straw out the barn on the rhubarb.
All in a day's work...
