Born on a sinking boat in the middle of the ocean with pirates chasing our vessel as my family and many others fled Vietnam... That was over 30 years ago. Now I am a husband, a father of 3 beautiful children, a teacher and a farmer. Truly a happy man:-)
My journey in Permaculture started about 15 years ago when I moved out of home for Uni. Throughout my uni years researched as many ways as possible to live a truly sustainable life. To me it was a no brainer, Permaculture!
Now I am Head of History, Geography and Resource Management at Bacchus Marsh Grammar and am one of many driving the school to sustainability. I also own a working farm, growing seasonal fruit and veg in a CSA type program. I love my family, my farm and life and after completing my PDC with Bill Mollison and Geoff Lawon, I aim to change the world, one step at a time. A waterfall starts with a drop of rain, I aim to be that drop.
Slow and steady change in a mainstream school towards sustainability and permaculture.
