I grew up and lived most of my life in the city of Lisbon, and although I spent most of the time in an urban environment I always tried to find a balance between city and nature, but now i feel like all i want is nature and no more city. I ended up to know about permaculture from one friend who told me about these biological farms and then i decided to search about it and found out the 7 name farm in sintra, where i did my first PDC in 18 March of 2013 with Silvia Floresta. I loved very much that time spend with them and now i look foward to put my hands on the dirty and practice, maybe by doing some woofing in Algarve in portugal.
