Small scale organic horse farmer since 1991-- expanded into PC vision early 00's, have installed most of design project on the barn & farmsite where i live. Have converted from low stipend wwoofers to paying interns(the fee is quite low) starting this year.
The longterm, and perhaps most critical part of the plan here is to attract a few permanent residents--a fledgeling community.

Still grow and sell annual crops to city folks via farmer's market.
My central currency is garlic--can trade many things for it! The design is still in infancy(especially trees), but has already attracted some kind attention, and serious interns as well. The way forward is incremental but definite--transitioning down the mountain path.
