I used to be a computer graphics artist, specialized in FX for television commercials and films. I grew up in between farmers and for a longtime wanted to become one. The film 'Toy Story' changed this dramatically ;-).

Ironically I found my way back to farming with permaculture through Martin Crawfords 'forest garden' course. I aim to be self-sustainable and live a healthy and balanced life.

In 2014 I started www.garnense.com, a platform for filmed online courses about self-sufficiency aimed at the cool temperate climate of western Europe.
