Background in ecotourism, community business development and conservation. Living and working in Cambodia for the last three years, primarily with the NGO ELIE and the Elephant Valley Project in Mondulkiri Cambodia, as the Ecotourism Program Officer and Assistant Manager.
At the end of 2012 I completed my PDC in Thailand, after many years of searching from something to tie together many aspects of what I was interested in and meeting numerous people who were talking about permaculture.
Currently I am trying to bring some permaculture practices to the project I am working on and can see the huge potential for permaculture projects here in cambodia, particularly for the local indigenous people of this region who are facing rapid development and a huge changes which is impacting their traditional swidden agriculture practices.
