Experience in Natural Resources and Conservation Planning including > 15 yrs. in restoration ecology, managing nature preserves & conservation easements, writing forest stewardship plans, providing conservation planning services to municipalities and providing conservation related educational programming to the public.

Studied Biogeochemistry and Green Building & Sustainable Design at the graduate level, and has worked as an Environmental Engineer, Horse Farm Manager and has been managing an urban micro-farm located in SE PA, selling organically grown produce at local farm markets/restaurants. Teaches the "Sustainable Living Series" of courses at the Bucks County Community College, at Longwood Gardens, U of P Morris Arboretum and other institutions. Pennsylvania Certified Master Composter.
