Hello, I am just in the learning and research phase of the Permaculture movement. I am so happy to have found this. I am excited to now find a nice piece of property to make my oasis, using permaculture.

My husband and I are avid gardeners and have vast interests that span not only our 13 year marriage, but his 42 year carreer as a Maintnence manager at a campground. He has maintained a seasonal garden and an apple orchard, as well as a high bush blueberry patch and Grapes. Together we have now raised 9 chickens and a dog and 3 cats and we are looking to escape to a nice piece of property that we can make into a garden of eden, for ourselves and a small group of people that share our dreams of living off the grid and in a sustainable way.

I know it is ambitious but we are currently looking at a 100 acre property in Vermont. I really hope we can learn fast and implement this system of sustainability and permanence, the sooner the better!!!
