About Sabrina D'Ambra

I have joined this network because I intend to use the strategies of permaculture to leave the world better than I found it, for the enjoyment of future living creatures.

A graduate student in Building Engineering at Concordia University, I am dedicated to designing buildings which can connect people to one-another and to the natural world. Currently, I am starting a research masters that will deal with issues of durability in CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) panels.

Aside from this work, I am working on improving the quality of life in the apartment where I live. Recently, I have been looking for, and implementing, solutions to improve the indoor air quality.

Furthermore, I have decided to start spending more time learning the ways to grow food in this climate from my grandmother in her garden (where she mainly grows food).
