Hi, my name is Etienne.

I am half french half irish and have just complete a mechanical engineering degree. My parents have an olive farm in the south of France and I have grown up helping them out on the farm.

I first became of permaculture when I went to see a talk by Pierre Rahbi, a french man convinced that permaculture is the way to go. Last summer I went wwoofing in Kenya and Malawi and was on a permaculture demonstration centre in Malawi.

Next week (20th september 2013) I am heading on a trip to experience different methods of permaculture, through eastern europe (Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria), Turkey, Iran and Kyrgystan. If anyone has a permacultuyre project in or close to any of these countries I would be delighted to come and help out for a while!
