I believe in the power of people together.
I first hear of Permaculture when I was traveling in the US, in 2001, but it was only in 2007 that I had the life changing experience of having the IPEC PDC! I now live in small acreage lot in the hills just outside Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil, and also have a ecovillage project to start soon in the Cerrado. São Gonçalo do Rio das Pedras, in the Serra do Espinhaço. The most dauting project now is Mudando Mudango, the building of a home for my family, using mud, bamboo and recicled materials. A whole different approach rises up for the comming year, when Uma Mão Lava Outra Produções Permaculturais faces the challenges of gettiing together again, now looking to form a center of learning and hubbing permaculture demonstration projects.
