Currently digesting allot of experience over the past years and taking some time to rest in Kansas City, MO.
I am curious and hungry for the solutions of our time. The insecurity our governments and corporations have made inherit in our cultures, waiting for our assumed caretakers to do the work so we may continue living the dream, awakens the need to be our own movement our own change to create the world we want to be in. This draws me into the permaculture movement for to me this is what permaculture represents. Let's grow!
Born in Elyriah Ohio I spent allot of my life traveling with my family and settled down in Iowa later in childhood. As a child the greatest peace I knew was with the flowers dancing in the fields resting with the trees. As an adult I started to become enchanted with the ways and magic of the Amazon Rainforest. Spending time away from electricity amidst the symphony of birds, bugs, and LIFE! After my first visit I was looking for answers to the struggle, pain, and diconnection of our times. Experimented with communities, gardens, and going within my own self looking for solutions. Years later I returned to the jungle and did a 3 month permaculture work exchange project. These 3 months were very powerful. During my time there I became connected with The New School Permaculture and became an apprentice to Helder Valente. Leaving the jungle I traveled with The New School in Europe teaching permaculture. Through this adventure my mind and vision started to change step by step. Discovering so many real solutions that can touch every person on this planet. Seeing deeper into a movement that can and is helping to create the world so many of us long for. Still after this experience I am growing a new vision. Blessed is this life and the ones who call us home.
