I was Born in 1979 adopted a vegetarian lifestyle in 1997 and have been studying the medicinal properties of plants ever since.

I found out about Permaculture online & through YouTube when looking for sustainability projects and water catchment related to gardening. It took awhile for me to "get it" and realize how important it is especially for someone who has a vegetarian diet in a cold climate.

I completed my PDC with Geoff Lawton's Online Permaculture and Earthworks course and am looking to get connected with Permies in Calgary and across Canada to learn and grow the movement.
