I began with my first course with Bill Mollison here in Ecuador, and followed this by many other courses. Helping out and translating and some teaching. I remodelled an old adobe house using many permaculture practices, and turning it into a eco hotel. I have consulted with development projects around Ecuador, building rocket stoves, thermal mass heaters, cook stoves, passive thermal wall heaters, family gardens, nutricion classes and use of new vegetable products in Indigenous communities, seed saving, composting bathrooms, greenhouses, and erosion control and prevention projects in the mountains, also water projects including cachment and protection of sources. On the coast I've worked with food transformations, solar drying, and commercialization of organic veggetable baskets.
