Started the project in October 2011. Now we're in late December. So far we built the first swale at nothern part of land, constructed 4 ponds, built a wind barrier to protect land from hot summer winds, planted about 300 young trees on northern parts of land to turn into natural & diverse forest. Also built a small green house to get winter crops. Made tons of compost - ready for early spring activities.
