In 2012-2013, in the High Drome Valley, some parents and some pedagogues tried to found a Montessori teenagers "college" (a french term for low secondary school).
Supposed to open on september 2013, the project failed.
Various aspects of the project design seemed to have been "forgetted";
using ARANYA paragraphs in Designing social structures, one of the hypothesis is that the project lacks "multiplicity": "multiple people in each important role" (p 181 of Permaculture design);
or Looby MAC NAMARA "YES, AND" system of inclusivity (See Permaculture journal 73 autumn 2012 about Communication skills, p 58: Integrate rather than segtregate).
I will apreciate to receive some points of view of people involved in similar living projects...
