Since May of 2013 I began working as an excavator/heavy equipment operator. This year I plan on going for my 1A licence, for those not from Canada that's the highest level you can recieve. That way I can drive my own semi to and from the work site.... YES!!!
Exciting new equipment I get to drive and accumulate hours on in 2014... Grater, belly scraper, and possibly my own Tandem dump truck.
In the eyes of my two and a half year old son, daddy is a super hero. "Daddy drive a bucket"
So far I've dug 3 dug-outs, 2 small dams for ducks unlimited, 6 basements, numerous water/sewer/power trenches and have built 3 roads totalling six miles.
Sadly I have only dug 1 swale, I will be adding pictures as more projects come up.
Are there any seasoned excavators out there that have built/dug underground greenhouses or walipinis?
Thanks
A
